I asked in the other thread, but figured it would be more appropriate here. I'm putting up the list of who is in the game and who is in our group in a moment, but meanwhile... who should we vote for?

So Quoth, what do you do as prophet?

Also, Law: since powers just now activated, do you need to post a video again? Maybe you should check with DA.

Ok, I'm torn between telling you guys what the prophet does and keeping it to myself in case one of you is evil. What are the pros and cons? I am ready to be persuaded one way or the other.
Also, I could reveal in the main thread if that seems to be a good idea.

Do we know how the mafia works? To me, it makes sense to have one of the groups be evil. So we can trust the people in our own group, but we're suspicious of all the others. That way there isn't yet another proboard.
I've only played a few phallas though, and never one with groups, so my reasoning may be flawed.
Another thing to consider is that the prophet role is likely to change hands, and so I imagine if you don't tell us, a future prophet will.

Typically, at least one person per group is evil, actually. I've never seen an entire group be evil in a group game, because then you would just know to vote for everyone in that group. So your reasoning is almost certainly wrong.
About the role changing hands... that's the only thing that makes me sort of not care whether I tell everyone, including the people in the thread, what the prophet does. I may not be the prophet through today anyway.
Then again, in a previous game, there was a bad guy whose goal was to be elected the prophet (actually president or whatever, it was PK's phalla) and so it might behoove us to keep voting for me while we have a pretty solid voting bloc. That would keep a possible bad guy from getting the role.

Uh, Roo... why aren't you voting for me? Pretty shady there...

But he voted for himself... I find it strange. I assume there is some logic behind it?
Also I think we are the largest voting bloc, so if we all vote for me then I should be a shoo-in.
And just in case any of you guys are evil, I hope we can stick to the whole "kill your teammates last" truce that has been kept in previous games.

I just like voting for myself.
I agree with the kill teammates last thing. If it comes down to matter, then I'll vote for you. I think I'm roleplaying B:L better by voting myself into power.
I am also busy with my AWESOME PHALLA.

Quoth I strongly suggest that you create a picture of your character somehow and post it in the main thread. I can't tell you why, I just am requesting that you do so.

Quoth does that every five minutes. She's posted like ten pictures of Peach.
